What is System Trading?
Systems trading is based on technical
analysis of the markets, which systems traders believe provides a
means for anticipating future prices. Traders that use systems
create strategies based on their observations of price trends for
various futures markets during selected historical periods. Then
they convert these strategies into sophisticated computerized
trading systems. Each system utilizes current market information to
generate buy and sell signals.
Many prefer using a system because of
rigorous testing, and also because it can help eliminate risks
often associated with human error and emotion in making trading
decisions. You too may find that you prefer systems trading for
these reasons.

an intra-commodity spread trading strategy that attempts to profit
from the large moves that major Long Only Commodity Funds make
